All memberships run on a 28-day cycle, so your sessions refresh every 4 weeks, so you can train consistently each week without losing sessions in longer months.

How does the 28 day membership cycle work
All memberships run on a 28-day cycle. Your sessions refresh every 4 weeks, so your weekly routine stays consistent — even in longer months with extra weekdays.
Do unused sessions roll over
Sessions are designed to be used within each 28-day cycle to keep your training consistent. If you are away you are entitled to a certain number of freezes per year. speak to the team to see what your options are.
How can I cancel or freeze my membership?
Is there a contract or minimum term?
If you are on the rolling membership there is no minimum term. We only require 14 days notice before your next billing date. If we recieve less than 14 days notice the membership will be cancelled the following month.

Can I pause my membership?
Yes, we require 14 days notice to freeze your membership. Depending on the membership you have you get either 1, 2 or 3 free freezes per year. 1 freeze counts as upto 1 month.
How do I book my classes?
Please download our app HIIT West Hampstead from the app store. all sessions are booked easily through our app. You can manage your schedule, cancel sessions, and track your remaining credits there.
What happens if i cancel a class?
We have a 12 hour cancellation window to keep classes fair for everyone. If you cancel within the allowed time, the session credit goes back onto your account to rebook.
Are class packs different to memberships?
Yes. Memberships give you recurring sessions every 28 days and are best for consistency and results. Class packs are more flexible but don’t include the same structured routine.
