Does the trial start from date of purchase or from when I book my first sessions

It will start from the date of purchase and be valid for 2 weeks.

Question 2

Do you have changing facilities at the gym?

Yes we have male and female changing rooms with showers and lockers. We also have mirrors, hairdryers and straighteners, so you can get your primp on. You just need to bring your own towel and padlock.

Question 3

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require at least 12 hours' notice for all cancellations and reschedules. If you do not cancel within this time or do not show up for class one class will automatically be deducted if you are on one of our packages or If you are on an unlimited plan you will be charged £10 for a late cancellation or no show.

Do the Pay as You Go Packs have an expiry date?

Can I cancel my membership?

We require only 14 days' notice prior to your next payment date for a change to be made on your account including cancellation of membership. If we do not get 14 days' notice your membership will be cancelled the following month.

Can I freeze my membership/PAYG Pack

Accepted Answer

Yes you can freeze your membership at any time, we just need 14 days notice to action the freeze. Please note each membership allows a certain number of freezes per year for free for a maxiumum of a month at a time. after that each freeze is £30 per month. Athlete - 1 free freeze Warrior - 2 free freezes Hero - 3 free freezes We can extend pay as you go packs but there is a charge of £30 to extend it for each month. i.e if you wish to extend for 1.5 months it will cost £60.

Do I need to be fit to join?

Whatever level of fitness you're at now will be fine to join our classes. We're all about making sure everybody can take part, so we offer exercise progressions in every session, meaning you can push yourself as much as you feel comfortable.

Do I need to bring anything with me for the class

Accepted Answer

You just need to wear appropriate fitness apparel and you only need to bring a towel and padlock if you require it.

Question 9

Can the 2 week trial be used for SGPT sessions

Accepted Answer

The 2 week trial for £25 is only valid for HIIT classes, you can purchase a seperate trial pack for the SGPT sessions.
