WHY HIIT

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It is a method of training which involves bursts of intense exercise followed by short rest periods.
 
It is the most time efficient way of exercising, and unlike traditional forms of exercising such as jogging or weight lifting, it simultaneously both improves fitness and strengthens muscle.
 
HIIT’s unique method of training creates an ‘after-burn’ effect, which means your body stays in fat-burn mode, and continues to burn calories for 24 hours after the class has finished.
