  • How do I sign up for classes at HIIT West Hampstead?

    Signing up is quick and easy — just choose your Kickstart option above and complete the short online form. Once registered, you can immediately book your HIIT or SGPT sessions through our timetable

  • Can beginners join HIIT or SGPT classes?

    Yes. Our HIIT gym in West Hampstead welcomes all fitness levels. Both HIIT classes and SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) sessions are fully coached, with exercises scaled for beginners through to advanced members.

  • What is SGPT and how is it different from HIIT classes?

    HIIT classes are high-energy group workouts focusing on cardio, strength and conditioning in a motivating team environment.


    SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) offers more personalised coaching in a small group, with extra focus on technique, progression and strength outcomes.

  • Do I need to choose between HIIT classes and SGPT when signing up?

    No. Many memberships allow access to both HIIT fitness classes and SGPT sessions, giving you flexibility based on your goals and schedule.

  • What happens after the 2-Week Kickstart?

    Your Kickstart is designed to give you a real feel for our coaching, classes and community. Before it ends, we’ll guide you toward the best monthly membership option based on your goals and experience, so you can continue progressing.

  • When do my 2 weeks start?

    Your 2-Week Kickstart begins on the date of purchase, so you can start right away and schedule your sessions at times that suit you.

  • What if I need to cancel a class?

    We ask that you cancel at least 12 hours before your session to avoid a losing your credit. This helps us manage class spaces and support other members waiting for spots.
