  • What types of classes do you run?

We offer functional HIIT classes focused on metabolic conditioning plus specialty classes like CrossFit-style POWER circuits for strength and endurance.

  • How long does a typical HIIT class last?

All classes are 45 minutes — short enough to fit into busy schedules yet structured to deliver effective fat-burning and fitness results.

  • Can I modify exercises during class if needed?

Yes — trainers provide alternative movements so every participant can work at a suitable intensity and reduce injury risk.

  • Do you provide equipment or do members need to bring their own?

We supply all necessary functional training equipment in class, so you just need to show up in your workout gear with water and a towel.

  • What is done in a HIIT class?

In a HIIT class, you do short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by brief rest periods. Exercises may include sprints, squats, burpees, press-ups and kettlebell movements. HIIT Classes are usually 30–45 minutes and very energetic.

  • Do HIIT classes help you lose weight?

Yes, HIIT can support weight loss as it burns a high number of calories in a short time. Attending HIIT Classes regularly, alongside a balanced diet, can help reduce body fat.

  • What are the disadvantages of HIIT?

HIIT is demanding and can increase the risk of injury if done too often or with poor technique. It may not suit complete beginners without proper guidance.

  • What is the 80/20 rule for HIIT training?

The 80/20 rule suggests that 80% of your training should be moderate intensity and 20% high intensity. This helps improve fitness whilst lowering the risk of overtraining.

  • How fit do you need to be for HIIT?

You do not need to be extremely fit to begin, but a basic level of fitness is helpful. Beginners should start gently and gradually increase intensity.
