Yes, we have male and female changing rooms with showers and lockers. We also have mirrors, hairdryers and straighteners, so you can get your primp on. You just need to bring your own towel and padlock.

It starts from the date of purchase and is valid for 2 weeks.

The 2 week trial for £39 is only valid for HIIT classes. You can purchase a separate 2 week SGPT trial pack for £59.

We require at least 12 hours’ notice for all cancellations and reschedules. If you do not cancel within this time, or do not show up for class, one class will automatically be deducted if you are on one of our packages. If you are on an unlimited plan you will be charged £10 for a late cancellation or no show.

We require only 14 days’ notice before your next payment date for a change to be made on your account, including cancellation of membership. If we do not get 14 days’ notice, your membership will be cancelled the following month.

Yes, you can freeze your membership at any time. We just need 14 days’ notice to action the freeze. Each membership includes a set number of free freezes per year, for a maximum of one month at a time. After that, each freeze is £30 per month.

We can extend pay as you go packs, but there is a charge of £30 for each month. For example, extending for 1.5 months costs £60.
