Yes we have male and female changing rooms with showers and lockers. We also have mirrors, hairdryers and straighteners, so you can get your primp on. You just need to bring your own towel and padlock.

We require at least 12 hours’ notice for all cancellations and reschedules. If you do not cancel within this time or do not show up for class one class will automatically be deducted if you are on one of our packages or If you are on an unlimited plan you will be charged £10 for a late cancellation or no show.

We require only 14 days’ notice prior to your next payment date for a change to be made on your account including cancellation of membership. If we do not get 14 days’ notice your membership will be cancelled the following month.

Yes you can freeze your membership at any time, we just need 14 days’ notice to action the freeze. Please note each membership allows a certain number of freezes per year for free (please see buy classes page for details) after that each freeze is £10.

We can extend pay as you go packs but there is a charge of £30 to extend it for each month. i.e if you wish to extend for 1.5 months it will cost £60. 

Whatever level of fitness you're at now will be fine to join our classes. We're all about making sure everybody can take part, so we offer exercise progressions in every session, meaning you can push yourself as much as you feel comfortable.

You just need to wear appropriate fitness apparel and you only need to bring a towel and padlock if you require it. 

The 2 week trial for £25 is only valid for HIIT classes, you can purchase a seperate trial pack for the SGPT sessions.
