Our POWER classes take inspiration from CrossFit style workouts, blending strength, conditioning and athletic performance into one powerful session. Designed for all fitness levels, this class is divided into 4 unique training zones, each targeting a different aspect of performance:
1. Compound Lifting Zone - builda strength from the ground up with foundational barbell exercises such as squats, deadlifts and presses. This zone focuses on improving core stability, posture and overall strength — perfect for anyone looking to increase power and functional movement.
2. Conditioning Zone - boosts your endurance and cardiovascular fitness with fast-paced intervals. Using equipment like rowers, bikes, sleds and battle ropes, this station is designed to fire up your metabolism, improve stamina and strengthen your engine.
3. AMRAP Zone (As Many Rounds As Possible) - channel the Workout of the Day (WOD) mentality with circuits that push your pace, test your limits and build mental toughness. The AMRAP format keeps you moving with purpose, while improving endurance and overall work capacity.
4. Plyometric Bodyweight Zone - develops agility, coordination and explosive power through jump-based bodyweight exercises such as burpees, box jumps and alternating lunges. This zone enhances athletic performance while torching calories.
